PUBLIC BUS TRANSPORT TO THE GATE

There are several advantages to traveling by public bus:

A Dutch Grand Prix Day Ticket is available from €12.50 per person (Amstelland Meerlanden & Haarlem-IJmond region).  

• Direct connection from Haarlem Station with bus lines 300 and 356 with a journey time of only 15 minutes.  

• With an average of 10-12 buses per hour, ensuring smooth travel.  

• Direct transport to gate 1 of Circuit Zandvoort.  

• In addition to checking in with an OV chip card or debit card, you can also purchase your bus ticket in advance. Children up to 11 years old can travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult with a valid bus ticket.

In which region can the Dutch Grand Prix Day Ticket, offered by Connexxion, be used?

Public bus transport is the best option for anyone living or staying in the Amstelland region (Amstelveen, Uithoorn, Aalsmeer) and Haarlemmermeer. It is also a direct and comfortable transport option from Amsterdam Zuid and Zuidoost. 

During the entire race weekend, bus lines 300 and 356 run directly from Haarlem Station to the entrance of the circuit. Connexxion operates buses on average 10 to 12 times per hour, so you won’t have to wait long for the next bus.

What conditions apply to the Dutch Grand Prix Day Ticket, offered by Connexxion?

The Dutch Grand Prix Day Ticket is valid for the entire calendar day for one person within the travel areas of Amstelland Meerlanden and Haarlem-IJmond. Children up to 11 years old can travel for free when accompanied by an adult with a valid bus ticket. When ordering the ticket, choose the time slot in which you want to arrive at Circuit Zandvoort.  

Don’t forget to scan the ticket when entering and exiting the bus, as only a scanned ticket is a valid travel document. The general terms and conditions for regional public transport apply.

Yes, it is possible to check in with a debit card on public buses in the Netherlands via OVpay. With OVpay, you can check in and out using your contactless debit card, credit card, or mobile phone. You do not need to register or load any balance; the costs will be automatically deducted from your account. Please note: American Express is not accepted for OVpay transactions.
