ALL QUESTIONSIn the MyDGP portal, the main booker can view an overview of the tickets they have ordered. The main booker will soon receive instructions on how to personalize the tickets. Click this link to access the MyDGP portal. Please note: only the main booker can personalize the tickets. Once all tickets in the order have been personalized, they will become available in the MyDGP portal shortly before the event.
You can personalize your tickets. The primary booker will receive information about this and can personalize the tickets via the MyDGP portal.
Please note: You will receive the download link for your ticket(s) shortly before the event. Make sure your ticket is in the Dutch GP app. You will be notified automatically.
If you have forgotten your login details, that is no problem. Enter your email address in the login window of the MyDGP environment. After this you can click on ‘forgot your password?’. If it does not work properly afterwards, please contact our ticket partner CM.com.
You can change your personal data via our ticket partner CM.com via support@cmtickets.com. They can help you further with this. Please also include the email address used and possible order number in your email.
As soon as a ticket has been issued in your name, you will receive an email. You can create a MyDGP account with the email address you use. With your account you will automatically receive updates about the event in 2025. You can create a MyDGP account with the email address known to us via this link.
