The official trophies for the upcoming edition of the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN DUTCH GRAND PRIX are handmade from ceramic and executed in Delft Blue. The artwork of the trophies is designed and hand-painted by Dutch designers and master painters. The prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and the winning constructor reflect a deeper connection to the rich history of the Dutch Grand Prix and Dutch motorsport.

Handmade in Delft
The unique handcrafted trophies combine speed, tradition, and craftsmanship, forming an impressive Delft Blue collection with a special story for each driver and winning constructor. The winner’s trophy is hand-painted with iconic floral Delft Blue decoration by Royal Delft. With this, the winner receives a typically Dutch trophy, instantly recognizable to fans from all over the world. The Dutch Lion once again adorns the front of the trophies.
Japanese influences and the speed of F1®
The constructor’s trophy is inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, a art form in which broken ceramics are repaired with lacquer mixed with gold, silver, or platinum powder. The repaired fragments symbolize the unity of the F1® teams behind the success, as well as the sometimes challenging road to achieving this. The trophy is detailed with 24K gold luster lining, making it appear as if the Delft Blue shards have been carefully restored. The trophies for second and third place feature dynamic brushstrokes that reflect the speed and energy of Formula 1®.
Sporting Director, FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN DUTCH GRAND PRIX, Jan Lammers:
“Once again, the trophies are based on the design that was created in 1939. At that time, the race in Zandvoort was not yet held on the circuit as we know it today. Zandvoort was still a street circuit back then. Just like the 2021, 2023 and 2024 editions, the shape of the trophy has been developed by Studio Piet Boon. When you see the trophies, we can be more than proud of the result.”
