It is important to us that everyone, from visitors to staff, feels safe and can fully enjoy the event. If this is not the case, please contact us through the designated channels.
What to do in case of an
emergency or incident
- • Life-threatening situation: Always call 112 first.
- • Emergency or incident: Contact a staff member, such as a security guard or any event staff. All staff members can alert the safety team, which coordinates first aid, fire services, production, security, and police.
- • No staff nearby? Use the Dutch GP app to report an incident. Tap the ‘SOS’ button in the app to submit a report. Trained staff will respond immediately to safety reports. You will also find QR-codes at various locations around the event site to report incidents.
Reporting during the Dutch Grand Prix
Confidential counselors
• During the event confidential advisors will be present on-site from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on August 21, and from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on August 22 and 23. Ask a staff member to get in touch with a confidential advisor.
• Before and after the event, confidential advisors are also available by phone from August 17 to 20 and from August 24 to September 1 to 11 (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). To receive the phone number, send an email to helpandsupport@dutchgp.com.
