Add your tickets

Make sure your ticket is in the Dutch GP app, as this is the only way to display your ticket and gain access to the venue. From the MyDGP environment, the main booker can check and distribute the personalized tickets including a download link. After the download, your ticket will automatically appear the Dutch GP app. The main booker remains responsible for distributing the tickets to the appropriate people.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Downloading tickets without personalization
You need to personalize your order before you can download the tickets. As the main booker, you can then distribute and download the tickets via your MyDGP environment. Once all tickets are added to your ticket wallet in the Dutch GP app, you can share them with your group. To do this, click on the ‘Share your ticket’ link on the ticket and share the page via WhatsApp, email, or another method. The person the ticket is for can then download it in the Dutch GP app. Ensure your ticket is in the Dutch GP app before traveling to Zandvoort. This helps avoid delays at the gate.

Important: Make sure to send the ticket to the correct person! Once you’ve sent it, you can no longer revoke it.

2. Want to bring different people on a multi-day ticket?
That’s possible! Just send the correct download link to the right people. The main booker’s name will always remain on the ticket. Note: The QR code can only be scanned once per day.

3. Can I print my ticket as a PDF?
Unfortunately, that’s not possible. You can access your ticket via the Dutch GP app. Make sure your ticket is already added to your ticket wallet before heading to Zandvoort to prevent delays at the gate.

4. Can I add multiple tickets to my ticket wallet?
Yes, you can! When you use the correct download link for a ticket, it will be automatically added to the Dutch GP app on your phone. You can do this for other tickets too, such as kids’ tickets.

5. I want to change the name on the ticket.
The main booker can reset the ticket in their MyDGP environment and personalize it again with the correct name. That name will then appear on the ticket. The main booker can then resend the ticket.
